This is RACI's third year hosting GRI in Kokomo.  It will be held October 18th through the 21st. Mark your calendars today. You will receive more info, closer to the dates.

One fact you may not know, is that it is possible to test out of the first year. If a RACI member tests out year 1 and takes year 2 in October, that just leaves one year to travel out of the county for the third year class.  If this interests you, call RACI for more information.

GRI also gives you the opportunity to develop a "referral system". You'll meet agents from around the state at GRI. Most REALTORS® with a GRI designation prefer to refer clients to other REALTORS® with a GRI designation, because they know that they have the education and knowledge to make sure the client is working with a professional. Referral forms are available. If you need to refer an agent to someone in another state, you can search realtor.org/nrds/GRI for a list of agents from the area your client is relocating to.
