Supra Support Enhancements (Back)

The Supra support line (1-844-699-6787) has been reconfigured to give users faster service.
Key benefits include; when calling, you will be asked to enter your key serial number and pin number which will result in being connected to the correct support person quickly and based on the serial number, the system already knows the type of key you're using.
If the serial number is not known, the caller can still get assistance from a support person.
If you are directed to call your association, this could be because your key is on "inactive" status, your invoice is not paid or the office status is "inactive".
* Palm based eKEY. Open the eKEY application; the very first screen will state the key number and whether or not the key is updated.
* Windows Mobile based eKEY; open the eKEY suite and select Options in the lower right hand corner of the screen then choose "About".
*Blackberry based eKEY; open the eKEY application, Press the Blackberry menu button and choose "About".
