Zipforms Update (Back)

Effective January 1, 2010, some of the Residential Forms were updated.

Zipform online users automatically receive the 2010 updates but need to be aware of those changes before confronting them while filling out a contract.

Desktop users will need to download the changes.

Forms which have been updated include: Purchase Agreement, Listing Agreement, First Right Contingency Addendum.  

A new  Inspection Response Addendum was added in case addtional space is needed in preparing an Inspection response.

Once there, go to "Legal Affairs". Under that, click on "Forms".  You'll find several options including at the bottom of the page; "2010 Forms Changes Powerpoint.
