Rex Malott, owner of Quality Home Inspections, recently brought on his son, Ryan Malott as a licensed Home Inspector and Wood Destroying Insect pest Inspector.

Rex is also a Grant County Building Inspector. He has passed all tests including structural, plumbing, electrical and mechanical. He a "Certified Combination Residential Code Inspector".
