RACI ByLaws Changes (Back)

 The main area of changes that have been highlighted above are: 

  • XI, Section 4, d.  This change takes out the "excused absences" for Board of Director members. 
  • XII, Section 2, also removes the "excused absences" for Board of Directors.
  • XIII, Section 1, combines committee activities.
